ChatGPT 近日在網絡上火爆走紅，主因它的解答能力超越了大眾想像，不需額外Training已可直接使用已可解答不同範疇裡相關且詳盡的答案。 由GPT3.0演變而成的ChatGPT (GPT3.5)，以大量來自網絡、學術界等語料及圖像作為學習數據，是非常龐大的自然語言生成模型。GPT吸引眼球在於其AIGC (AI generated content)的能力，使用過ChatGPT 的朋友都會對它有個印象：「知識範圍確實非常廣闊，但當問及一些判批性的問題，猶其有關道德倫常和政治等看法，非常帶有西方社會的價值觀 (笑)。」 的確，OpenAI絕不諱言。ChatGPT使用了Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)、InstructGPT的同類方法，Labeler標註者在GPT系統裡給答案排列次序，回饋稿賞系統。除此之外，有如Deepmind Sparrow Dialogue模型還有些額外的規則，例如：不能作出威脅性言論、性別歧視、身份歧視、假扮為真人、擁有人類的身體等等，令ChatGPT的答案更為大眾接受。
